Women are not secondary members of Christ’s church. Scripture presents them as image-bearers, disciples, teachers, witnesses, leaders, and coworkers in the gospel. This article explores how churches can honor the gifts God has given women while faithfully considering the New Testament’s teaching on eldership, authority, and pastoral responsibility.

The foot never left. It showed up every week, served faithfully, and watched the hand move with authority. It just never quite got over the low, persistent ache it had no good word for—because it had been told, gently and sincerely, that this was God's design.
